You can get the Jinx Belt accessory by going to Monstro Town and heading into the building up the stairs. In here, you will first have to defeat the NPC inside. Then, Jinx will appear. You will now have to beat him 3 times (each battle will get harder). Once you defeat him 3 times you will get the Jinx Belt.
