You can get the Feather accessory in Nimbus Castle. Once you get here during the story you will have to dodge Dodo’s pecks as a golden statue. To get the feather you will have to get to the end of the mini-game without him noticing you once. All you have to do is jump just as he pecks. If you do it early or late you will have to restart from the previous autosave.
