To get this achievement you will have to watch the “Countdown” show on TV all the way to the end. This show may not appear on TV until a certain part of the game (I got it after finishing the main story) and even then it is very very rare. The show is a black screen with an annoying robot that does a “countdown” from 85-0. Just take a quick look at the TV every time you enter the house to make sure, until you get “lucky”.
