This is a missable Achievement. To get it, you will have to pay your bill at Applebee’s. You only go here ONCE during the main story. Just after the 5th bounty, you will play through a section of the game where you go to the Slums with just Kenny. Here you will sit down and order some food. You will then get up in a rush because of what you see outside. Make sure you turn around and interact with the bill on the table before exiting the restaurant to get the achievement. If you do not do this, you will have to start another playthrough.
