During the first day of the Fecund Blessing event you will be able to find 8 chests or fecund hampers as part of the "When The Music Sounds" on the notice board next to the event. Here are the locations of all 8 chests.
Chest #1. Behind the main stage.
Chest #2. Next to the Springvale pond.
Chest #3. Next to the highest house in Springvale.
Chest #4. In the alley above the adventurer's guild in Mondstadt.
Chest #5. Behind the tavern in Mondstadt.
Chest #6. In the circle where Ellin is training.
Chest #7. Below the massive statue in Mondstadt.
Chest #8. On top of the main cathedral in Mondstadt.
