Elden Ring Lord Of Blood's Exultation Talisman Location

In this guide we will show you where to find the Lord Of Blood’s Exultation Talisman that will increase your damage for a limited time after affecting an enemy with bleed, this talisman works great with almost any bleed weapon!

To get this talisman, you will first have to enter the capital (found in Altus Plateau), you will only be able to enter if you have defeated 2 main bosses in any other regions. Once in the Capital make your way to the “Avenue Balcony” site of grace.

Now you will have to find a way to enter the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds (the hidden underground part of the capital).
To do this, starting from the Avenue Balcony site of grace, take the stairs down and exit the building through the door in front of you, then stick to the right and drop down to the area with a white scarab in it.

Now go around the building to the right of the scarab, here you will find a well (also watch out for the enemies that will try and grab you).
You will then want to jump down the well.

Once down the well, look for a gate to the left of an item, this gate you will be able to open to access the Subterranian Shunning-Grounds.

Make sure you activate the site of grace found through the door to your left in the hall with the first few giant type enemies.

After activating the site of grace, head out to the hall with the giants, here look for a hole on your right with a ladder, after going down look for another big pipe below that you can use to safely drop to the very bottom (just watch out for the Imps on the pipes and the giant prawn enemies below).

Once you are down where the 2 prawns are, you will want to look for an opening in the wall to the right of the 2nd prawn that spawn (the best way to deal with the prawns is to just run past them since they don’t drop anything worth the pain and anxiety they will give you).
As soon as you enter the hole in the wall, head right to find the site of grace and enter the Lyndell Catacombs.

Now you will just have to get to the end of the Dungeon and defeat the boss to get the Talisman you are looking for, this dungeon can however be a bit confusing and tricky to get through, if you need a video guide you can find one by clicking here!
