There are 6 chests available in Ruin D-03. Remember you will have to play on Hard difficulty to be able to get all of them.
Chest #1-2. One on either side right in front of you as you start.
Chest #3-4. One on either side of you as you go up the stairs.
Chest #5. Behind the tree to the right of the arena.
Chest #6. In plain sight to the left of the boss.
