The first thing we will have to do to unlock the Grilled Steak Recipe is get a Prime Cut. These are purple drops from the white rabbit type creatures. A few can be found in the area show in the image below.
Once you have a prime cut, go to any cooking station. Now enter the “Creation” mode and cook the Prime cut on it’s own. This will unlock the Grilled Steak recipe.
