First get some Fiddlehead (can be found in the location below).
Next, get a few pieces of brown rice (can be found in the location below).
Now go to any cooking station and mix as many Fiddlehead & Brown Rice as possible to get the Fiddlehead Pie Recipe (and a Fiddlehead Pie).
Next go to the strange crystal in Crown mines and pick up the shiny residue that is beside it.
Now go to Stoker, that can be found in a secret base in the Goldrush Mountain on the side of the mountain. Here give him the shiny residue and then talk to him again to give him the Fiddlehead Pie. He will then give you the Ore Extract.
Now return to the strange crystal where you got the shiny residue and put the 3 devices into the correct gear: (from left to right) 2-1-3 to get the Nucleus.

Gold Nucleus #76. Activate the first laser on the metal tower. Then follow the beam to the next laser and activate it, repeat this until you get to the golden Nucleus.

Then hit it a few times (without killing it) so you can pick it up and throw it in to the flower.

Gold Nucleus #97. Get the blue ball from behind the metal structure. Then take it up the hill to the northeast to find the flower where you have to place the ball.

Gold Nucleus #99. Take the green ball down the mountain to the west to find the flower.

Gold Nucleus #102. Throw the blue creature in to the metal structure, then hit it a few times to be able to pick it up again and place it in the flower.

Gold Nucleus #124. Activate the column, then pick up the first module under a tree to the north, then activate it again and get a module by jumping down the cliff to the left. Then activat the column one more time to get the final module next to a tento to the south. After inserting the 3 modules you will get the gold nucleus.
