To get the Lover's Quarrel trophy /achievement you will only have to make 1 specific choice. That choice is made in chapter 6 in the poolhouse. After exploring as Abi, you will talk to Nick. No matter what you say, he will throw you across the room, then you will have the chance to shoot Nick.
Here ❗DO NOT shoot him. This will result in Nick transforming and killing Abi, getting you the trophy / achievement.
