Super Mario RPG Remake All Hidden Chest Locations
This guide will show you where to find every Hidden Chest in Super Mario RPG Remake.

There are a total of 39 Hidden Chests that can be found in Super Mario RPG Remake. These are just like rormal chests but you will not be able to see them until you hit them while jumping. Here are the locations…
Hidden Chest #1. Found in the bottom floor of the item shop in the Mushroom Kingdom. If you talk to the NPC he will give you the accessory that indicated if a hidden chest is in the area.
Hidden Chest #2. In the same room as the previous chest. Wait for the NPC to go to the corner and jump on it’s head to reach it.
Hidden Chest #3. During your first visit to the castle in the Mushroom Kingdom wait for the NPC toad to pass under the door. Jump on his head to get to the platform above. You will only have once chance to do this during this visit. However later in the game a new NPC will spawn and walk around this area.
Hidden Chest #4. In the Bandit’s Camp area, continue until you find a pink and blue flower just after a small square platform. Just from one flower to the other to discover the chest.
Hidden Chest #5. Found in the top left building in Rose Town.
Hidden Chest #6. Found behind the counter in the building to the right in Rose Town.
Hidden Chest #7. In the first area of Forest Maze
Hidden Chest #8. After the previous chest, go down the trunk and through the cave. You will find the next chest as you come out the other side.
Hidden Chest #9. Continue and then go down the first trunk on the right. You will find the chest inside.
Hidden Chest #10. Exit the trunk where the previous chest was and enter the middle-left trunk to find the next.
Hidden Chest #11. Exit the trunk where the previous chest was and enter the one at the end of the trunk area to find the next chest inisde.
Hidden Chest #12. In Forest Maze, once you get to the Junction area (the lost woods type maze area) go Right, Top, Top, Right, Top & Left to find the chest.
Hidden Chest #13-14. In Pipe Vault go through the level until you get to the platform with multiple pipes o it. Go down the second one to find the 2 hidden chests in the next room.
Hidden Chest #15. Found on Yo’ster Island.
Hidden Chest #16. Once you enter Booster Pass go up to the platform on the left with the single plant. Jump on the plant to get the chest.
Hidden Chest #17. From the previous one, jump up the platforms on the right to find the chest at the top just before you cross a straight path.
Hidden Chest #18. In Booster Tower, at the top of the first set of stairs with enemies.
Hidden Chest #19. After using a Thwomp enemy to jump up to the floor above, you will find the chest in the small area with some light behind the boxes.
Hidden Chest #20. In the room with the final save point.
Hidden Chest #21. In the same room as the previous chest, jump on top of the chest at the top of the platforms to find the hidden chest.
Hidden Chest #22. Go into the hotel in Marrymore and go up the stairs. On the next floor, go through the double door to find the chest in the next room.
Hidden Chest #23. Found in the room with the mirror Mario in The Shunken Ship. Here, just on top of the copy of mario to reach the chest after hitting the cube with the “J” on it.
Hidden Chest #24. Found in Land’s End. First, jump in the gap on the other side of the cannon near the save spot to get the hidden yellow platform to spawn. Then, use the cannon to land on the platform and get the chest.
Hidden Chest #25. After using the next cannon and landing in the hole with multiple enemies. Jump on the bottom-left side of the hole to find a yellow platform. Then, use it to get to the top area with the hidden chest.
Hidden Chest #26. From the previous chest, continue on the main path until you get to the save point in the green area. Here, take the right path and jump from the second to last flower to the last flower to get the chest.
Hidden Chest #27. From the previous chest, continue up to the right to get the an area with sand platforms above you. Here, go to the left and enter the cave. Inside look for the chest in the top left corner.
Hidden Chest #28. Continue through the cave until you get to the temple area and go down a pipe that lands you on a spring. After going through a gate, jump on to the chest in the corner and jump again to find the hidden chest.
Hidden Chest #29. In the same area as the previous chest.
Hidden Chest #30. In the first room you enter in Monstro Town.
Hidden Chest #31. In Bean Valley, go down the first pipe on the right to find the chest on the other side.
Hidden Chest #32. From the previous chest, go down the left side pipe. Then in the next area wait for the flying shy guy to water the plain in the bottom right pipe. Kill it and go inside to find the chest.
Hidden Chest #33. This time go into the right side pipe to find the chest.
Hidden Chest #34. Inside the shop in Nimbus Land.
Hidden Chest #35. Head inside Nimbus Castle and go straight ahead, then go left and continue until you get to the room with 3 doors. Enter the one on the left. Once you go down the golden stairs you will find the chest at the bottom.
Hidden Chest #36. Take the hidden path to the left of the previous chest to find this chest.
Chest #37. Return to the room with 3 doors after defeating Valentina & Dodo and talking to the king and queen to find this chest.
Hidden Chest #38. From the previous chest, head through the middle door and through the room with the big egg. In the next room, jump onto the chest and jump to get the hidden chest.
Hidden Chest #39. Go through the Gate area until you find a save point. The chest will be next to it.
