Steelrising All Echo Locations
In this guide we will show you the location of all 28 Echoes that can be obtained in Steelrising. These are normally pieces of paper or files that are found on the ground and will be collected automatically when getting close to them. You will need all 3 echoes from each region to save the NPC found at the end of that region.
Les Invalides
Echo #1 Athénaïs de Vaucanson (Fifteen springtimes). After talking to Marquis de la Fayette (story related after returning from the factory) head down the stairs to find it on the table.
La Cité
Echo #2 The Bishop Of Nancy (A People's Misfotune). Story related, just as you reach the first vestal next to a broken bridge a cutscene will play where you get the Echo.
Echo #3 The Bishop Of Nancy (A Death Machine). You will get this automatically when going through the passage after defeating the Unstable Butcher boss.
Echo #4 The Bishop Of Nancy (Volunteer Fever). Automatically unlocked just before the boss fight.
The Tuileries
Echo #5 Jean Sylvain Bailly (The Representatives Assemble). In the building you have to go through just before getting to the garden area (almost unmissable since you have to go through this tiny room to advance)
Echo #6 Jean Sylvain Bailly (Save Yourself If You Can). Just before you leave the garden area, to the right of the wooden tower you can grapple on to, you will see the echo next to a patch or red flowers.
Echo #7 Antoine Lavoisier (One Last Hope). Story releated (unmissable). You will get this after going up some stairs in the Louvre Apartments.
Echo #8 Jean Sylvain Bailly (Final Hearing). Soon after the previous echo, you will go down some stairs. The echo is at the end of the hall just past the window you have to jump out of to continue.
Echo #9 Athénaïs de Vancanson (Our Reunion). After jumping out of the building where echo #6 was you will be in a street with the gardens to your right. Go to the end (where the entrance to the gardens is found) and then look left to find a grappling point. Grapple up and then break the wall (you will need to defeat the boss in Luxembourg first). Once you come out the other side of the building you will have to drop down back in to the streets. Now jump down the hole and make your way through the underground section until you find a hole above you that you can grapple out of. In this area you will find the echo on the ground.
Echo #10 Athenaïs de Vancanson (Always at my side). From the previous echo, just head up the stairs, enter the workshop and go upstairs to find the echo (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/AFTER THE "NICOLAS FLAMEL'S FINAL JOURNEY" SIDE QUEST).
Luxembourg
Echo #11 Antoine Lavoisier (In The Lion's Den). In plain sight inside the large gazebo as you go through the garden area.
Echo #12 Antoine Lavoisier (Daggers And Venom). At the end of the garden area you will have to dash over to a window to reach the boss fight. DO NOT do this yet and instead drop down to the street below and go to the right to find the echo close to the end.
Echo #13 Athénaïs de Vancanson (A Never-ending Nightmare). Obtained for finishing the "Origins" side quest.
Les Invalides (2nd time the story takes you here)
Echo #14 Athénaïs de Vancanson (The Devil At Our Door). Go through the golden gate next to the first vestal you come by on your way to the Hotel (you will only be able to open the gate if you have started the "Origins" side quest). On the other side of the gate enter the house to find the echo.
Echo #15 Jacques Necker (The Bells Of Saint-Marie). On the ground at the end of a street in plain sight after you jump over a fence by climbing some red boxes on the way to the hotel.
Echo #16 Jacques Necker (Forever Separated). In front of the church where you fight the Unstable Frost Acolyte.
Echo #17 Jacques Necker (Sacrilegious Thoughts). As soon as you enter the hotel, in the corner to your left.
Montmartre
Echo #18 Choderlos de Laclos (De Profundis). Once you get to the 2nd undeground vestal, go to the opening to the left (left of the vestal if you are looking at it). Then stick to the wall on the right until you see a section you can destroy. The echo will be close by on the other side of the wall.
Echo #19 Choderlos de Laclos (Vice And Privilege). Found underground in the "Refuge" area. This is the area where you have to repair the big lift underground.
Echo #20 Choderlos de Laclos (A Fallen Prince). After going down the big lift for a second time (after repairing it at the Refuge) you will now have to follow the only possible path. Eventually you will go around a corner with vines on the wall to your left. After this, stick to the left until you can go up a hill with the echo on it.
The Bastille
Echo #21 Sanson (A Prestigious Assignment). Found in plain sight in the Bastille Moat under the main bridge to the Bastille.
Echo #22 Sanson (A Sinister Farce). Once inside the bastille you will eventually go through the Jailer's Quarters. Here take the door on the left just before going up the spiral stairs to find the echo at the end of the hall.
Echo #23 Sanson (The Work Of Tyrants). After coming down from the ramparts you will go down 2 sets of spiral stairs. At the bottom of the 2nd set of stairs, go through the door on the left, then break through the wall to find the echo in this room.
Echo #24 Athénaïs de Vaucanson (Farewell, Pretty Dancer). Found in the room past the vestal after defeating the boss in the Bastille.
Versailles
Echo #25 Madame de Polignac (The Long Night In Meudon). Found through the gate to the left of the first vestal.
Echo #26 Madame de Polignac (A Foolproof Plan). Soon after you exit the Labyrinth you will get to a place called "Petit Trianon". As soon as you see the area title card go left to find the echo.
Echo #27 Athénaïs de Vaucanson (A Charming Show). After speaking to the queen you will come to an area with a little bridge with water below it and a few "horse" statues. Here use the stairs on the left to get to the area where the echo is found.
Echo #28 Madame de Polignac (New Plans). To the right of the corpse that you get the Replacement Lever from.
