There are a total of 10 different types of plant seeds that can be found in Star Wars: Jedi Survivor. You can get them by cutting down different plants. Look for plants with green fireflies around them. Here are the locations.

Fire Pineapple. Found by going to Koboh > Dredger Gorge > Gorge Crash Site. Here, cut down the bush to the left of the left.

Cactus Ball. From the Koboh > Dredger Gorge > Gorge Crash Site cut down the cactus near the yellow blocks near the cliff.

Bluebell Squish. Go to the Koboh > Rambler’s Reach > Southern Reach and go up the hill. Then, as you come down the hill on the other side you will find the bush on the left of the path.

Tuber Maw. From the previous seed, go down to the right and stick to the wall below the path where you got the last seed. Here, cut down to cactus to get the seed.

Spine Fluff. Go to Koboh > Rambler’s Reach > Ramber’s Reach Outpost and head left of the stone arch. You will then find the bush to the right of the river on the left side of the arch.

Pine Fern. Go to Koboh > Rambler’s Reach > Ramber’s Reach Outpost and climb the vines. Then, head towards the small stone platfrom on the right. On the other side you will find the small brown bush you have to cut down to get the seed.

Palm Fruits Shell. Go to Koboh > Rambler’s Reach > Ramber’s Reach Outpost and grab a mount (you can find one in the area where got the previous seed). Now, go up the ramp on the other side of the river and go through the cave on the right. Once you come out the other side, stick to the left side cliff until you see some vines you can double jump up to with the mount. At the top you will find the bush with the seed.

Goldenlight Moss. Go to Koboh > Rambler’s Reach > Swinder’s Wash and jump across the yellow broken bridge to find the bush to the left.

Crimson Jelly. From the Koboh > Stones Spires > Devastated Settlement meditation point, drop down to the platform below on your left to find the plant with the seed.

Koboh Spiker. Go to the Koboh > Prospector’s Folly > Summit Ridge meditation spot, jump across to the other side of the valley by using the balloon to find the bush with the seed.
