To get the “Music Enthusiast” trophy / achievement you will have to go to Pirate Goo Lagoon > Scurvy Swamp. From here, go to the island in the middle of the area with the tree on it. Now, go left and use the grappling to get on to the wooden platform to the left. Here, just listed to the creature sing a few seconds to get the trophy.
