To get the “Tour De Tieng” trophy / acievement you will first have to help Sophon. You can find her in the camp in the northern part of the valley. After finishing her side quest, turn around from where she ends up to find her son. Talk to him to start his quest. You will then have to follow him around the valley as he gives you a tour. Once you get back to the camp and watch the cutscene you will get the trophy.
