Scarlet Nexus Verifying The Secret Side Quest Guide

In this guide we will show you how to finish the side quest "Verifying The Secret" in Scarlet Nexus.

This quest will become available during the post game after finishing the story with Yuito, you can accept this quest in Seiran City.

This quest has 2 objectives:

Objective 1: While SAS clairvoyance is active, defeat 2 Vine Yawn.

For this objective we are going to want to go to Sumeragi Tomb - Memories Of Rebellion, in the location below, kill the other enemies to get a Vine Yawn to spawn.

Remember to get the last hit while using SAS Clairvoyance, you will need to get 2 kills like this, for the enemy to respawn just travel to any other location of the world map and then return.

Objective 2: With Psychokinesis Finish, defeat 3 Missin Pound.

For this objective you want to go to Supernatural Life Research Facility - Museum Ruins, come to this location and kill the enemies to get a Missing Pound to spawn.

So we will have to get the finishing blow with a Psychokinesis Finish, this is one of the more tricky Moves in the game since they don't really explain what to do. So the first thing we need to know is what a knockout is.

A knockout is NOT when you depleat an enemies yellow bar, it is when you "Break" their armor, in the case of a Missin Pound there are 2 ways of doing this, the first would be to hit him in the cage part of the head until he falls to the ground and the 2nd is by performing an intercept with one of his projectiles (this will instantly knock him out). It's also worth mentioning that the same enemy can get knocked out multiple times so don't worry if you do it early.

So what I recommend is getting the enemy down to VERY little HP (but just enough to survive the intercept) so that way he will be knocked out with VERY VERY low HP. Now he is knocked out on the floor with very little HP you will want to launch an object at him with R2 and since we have "Psychokinesis Finish" unlocked on the skill tree the object should go above the target and slam down, it's VERY important that THIS is what gets the enemies HP to 0.

Now the enemy (with 0 HP) will still be "alive" but DO NOT press L2 to finish him off, just wait and he will die by himself. And that is how you get a Psychokinesis Finish, now travel to another area on the world map and return until you have done this 3 times.
