This side quest becomes available during the post game after finishing the main story as Kasane, you can accept this quest at Musubi's
The best place to do this quest is Togetsu - BABE Entrance, go to the location below to find multiple Saliva Santa enemies.
Now just kill 3 of them while using SAS Psychokinesis and you will be done!
