In this guide we will show you where to find all Named Mages in Salt And Sacrifice.

Ashbourne Village

Named Mage #1 (Devour Arzhan-Tin):

After getting the grappling hook, use it to access the mines found above the cave where you find the grappling hook. In the mines go all the way to the top and use the left exit. From here go left into the castle tower, you will find the named mage hunt here in the same room as the shortcut.

Named Mage #2 (Devour Celus Zend):

From the start head up the slope to the left, then up another slope, now use the tree to your right to grapple across to the building with the named mage hunt in it.

Name Mage #3 (Devour Kundry Kahn):

Once you have the grappling hook you will want go go to the area where you beat the first boss, from here go right and use the grappling hook to get to the area above the entrance to the cave where you get the grappling hook and then enter Craterstone Mines.

Here you will want climb all the way to the top and exit to the left, this will take you out to a new part of Ashbourne Village.

After resting at the obelisk, go to the right and take the path above the cave you used to get to this area, then enter the building to access Archridge District. Inside you will want to climb up until you can exit through a door on your right, you will be able to start the mage hunt here.

Named Mage #4 (Devour Varren Ovrin):

This named mage can only be accessed once you have defeated at least 3 other named mages, Varren can be found by going through the green door in Craterstone Mines (will be red if you have not defeated 3 named mages). This door will take you to Stonehall Dungeon, here go to your right and then down, you will find this named mage hunt to your left about half way down.

Named Mage #5 (Devour Ekriks Graycloud):

This mage can be found on top of a small hill just after you defeat The Green Huntsman boss that is found by taking the left door at the very top of Archridge District.

Bol Gerahn

Named Mage #6 (Aur Cyrus, The Wild Pandemonium)

Can be found just after getting the ability to activate the pulleys / ziplines, exit the building by using the door on the right and then activate the zipline to open a door (shortcut). Then activate another zipline that will take you to a wooden platform in the tree, on this platform you will find the named mage hunt

Named Mage #7 (Devour Sto'h Karring):

To find this named mage you will first have to get the Magnesis Supply to be able to activate ziplines, a guide can be found here!

Once you are able to activate pulleys / ziplines, you will want to go to Bol Gerahn and go right until you see a door, this door will take you to Creeping Caves (if the door is red you will need to defeat more Named Mages).

Once in the cave you will want to go to the right, then cross a zipline, then go down right WATCH OUT FOR THE TRAP HERE, now keep going left and drop through 1 platform and then exit left. Once outside drop down until you see a door on you right, the named mage hunt is just inside.

Named Mage #8 (Devour Nix Ocifiris)

Found in Bol Gerahn in the Temple Of Bol Gerahn (area after Creeping Cave), from the boss area we will want to go up until you see a door on your right that can be opened with a wooden switch (this is a shortcut to the exterior).

❗DO NOT go out and head to the left of the switch, here you will see the start of the named mage hunt above you.

Named Mage #9 (Devour Padra Sekrev)

Found in Bol Gerahn in the Temple Of Bol Gerahn (area after Creeping Cave). From the boss area we will just want to keep going up using some of the exits on the right and re entering the building until we get to the area shown in the images below.

Go all the way to the top to find the named mage hunt just before the very top exit on the right.

Named Mage #10 (Devour Turi Vasari)

Found in Bol Gerahn in the Temple Of Bol Gerahn (area after Creeping Cave), from the boss arena just head into the green door (will be red if you have not killed enough named mages), here you will have to activate a stone circle (you will need the Luminstone from the 3rd region) to activate a grappling point to the right, then go down to find the named mage hunt.

Corvius' Mire

Named Mage #11 (Devour Por Myec)

Found in the cave to the left of the start of this region, on a platform just below the mimic.

Named Mage #12 (Devour Ghor Lorhotha)

Starting from the Marega Gredanya boss arena, go right and use the stone circle with the Luminstone, then enter the door to the right.

Once inside activate the string on the floor to grapple to your right (if not you can drop down and go all the way around), then go up the ladder and across the breaking platforms (watch out for the spinning trap). Then continue up some more platforms and go left past another spinning trap. Now continue up to the right, you will find the named mage hunt above a shortcut door you can open with a wooden lever.

Named Mage #13 (Devour Anamus Kane)

From the start go right and climb some platforms up to a stone circle and activate it (you will need the luminstone that is obatained after defeating the first boss in this region), this will allow you to enter the big tree (you must have defeated at least 2 Named Mages in this region).

Once inside the tree you will want to climb to the very top until you see an exit to the left, use this exit to go outside.

Once outside, head left and enter another building, exit this building through a door on the left, then go down and use the stone circle below, this will spawn some platforms that will allow you to get to the named mage hunt.

Named Mage #14 (Devour Luxian Steel-Glass)

From the start go right and climb some platforms up to a stone circle and activate it (you will need the luminstone that is obatained after defeating the first boss in this region), this will allow you to enter the big tree (you must havede feated at least 2 Named Mages in this region).

Once inside the tree you will want to climb to the very top until you see an exit to the right just above an obelisk, use this exit to go outside. Now outside go right and enter the green door (will be red if you have not defeated enough named mages).

After goinf through a small cave you will want to use the platforms going down to the right, then at the bottom you will find the mage hunt.

Dreadstone Peak

Named Mage #15 (Devour Zyzak Zuun)

Starting from The Two That Remain boss arena, grapple up to the right and then grapple up to the wind stream, then take a left and go to the end to find the named mage hunt.

Named Mage #16 (Devour Draeaxenerion)

Starting from The Two That Remain boss arena, go through the green door to the right (will be red if you have not killed at least 1 named mage in this region), then go down and then take the first left, the named mage hunt will be at the end.

Named Mage #17 (Devour Zaruman Tam)

Sarting from The Two That Remain boss arena, grapple up to the the right and then grapple up to the wind stream, then take a left and use the grapple points to go up, then just continue to climb the tower until you can exit to the left. The named mage hunt will be right there.

Named Mage #18 (Devour Nephael Mos)

Starting from The Two That Remain boss arena, go through the green door to the right (will be red if you have not killed at least 1 named mage in this region), go down, and then down again, now go left and use the wind stream and grappling point to get up to the left door. After going through the door, grapple across the game and continue left to find the named mage hunt.

Named Mage #19 (Devour Vodin Tenebre)

From the start go left and use the wind streams and grappling points to get to the very top and enter the door to the right where you will find an obelisk. Now you will want to climb up through the inside of the cave until you are very close to the top (check the images below, from this wooden platform grapple across to the left to find the named mage hunt).

Elder Copse

Named Mage #20 (Devour Parxa Krass)

From the start of the region just head left until you see the named mage on a platform.

Named Mage #21 (Devour Logostus Rime)

From the start, head left until the end, then head down the slope to your right, again go all the way to the right side of the region, then use the wind stream and grappling points to get up to some platforms, the named mage is on the top wooden ledge that you can get to my wall jumping.
