This request can be found near the door to the left of the 3 headed statue in chapter 9.
To finish this request you will have to find and kill the 3 rats in the area. Here are the locations.
Rat #1. Go through the door where you accept the request. The rat will be running around in the next hall.
Rat #2. In the hall after going through the armory.
Rat #3. This one can only be found in chapter 10. Go through the door to the right of the 3 headed statue, then go through the door on the right. The rat will be running around the next hall to the west of the library.
