To get the CQBR Assault Rifle, follow the steps below.

Step 1. During chapter 9, you will go through the Armory. After that you will go through a hall. In this hall open the chest to get the Cubic Device.

Step 2. At the end of chapter 9, in the section where you control Ashley, go to the south of the library. Here, use the lantern to access the switch that lowers the stairs.

Step 3. In chapter 10 as Leon, use the stairs in the library that you lowered with Ashley to access the box in the wall that can be opened with the cubic device. The weapon will be inside.
