To get the Legendary Pokemon Latios, follow these steps.
First, talk to Snacksworth at the Entrance of the Indigo Disk after finishing the DLC’s main story. He will then ask you to finish BBQ Quests in exchange for legendary Pokemon treats (the order will be random). Eventually, he will give you the Latios Treat.
Once you have the treat, you can find Latios next to the small pond in the North Province (Area Two).
