Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Riolu Location
One of the earliest places you can find Riolu in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet is near the pond on the hill to the south west of Mesagoza. To get here you will have to exit Mesagoza through the west gate, then head south and cross the river. Riolu can be a bit rare to see, so you may have to walk around a bit for Riolu to spawn.
