You can start this quest by talking to the girl next to the coliseum.
You will then have to find 3 Tontattas around the area. The first can be found in the bushes right behind the girl, the second in the carriage near the coliseum and the third can be found in the flower pots just outside the bookshop (red brick building). Once you interact with all 3, return to the girl to finish the quest.
