You can start this quest by talking to the boy in Water Seven City Area. He wants you to find the 5 dolls around the city.

The first doll can be obtained by talking to the NPC to the west of the boy.

The second doll is obtained by talking to the girl inside the money exchange building to the south.

The next doll can be found in the water to the east of the city.

Talk to the old woman in the south-east of the city to get the 4th doll.

Finally give a Sazae Kancho Pescatore to the Yagara in the south-east of the city to get the final doll. Then, return to the boy to finish the quest.
