You can start this quest in Nanohana.
You will then have to find 2 photographs. The first can be found by going through the hole in the north-west of Desert Near Nanohana.
After talking to the NPC back in Nanohana you will be able to get the 2nd photgraph. This one can be found by going through the misty area in the north-east side of Desert Near Nanohana. To find it first take the right path, then another right. Once you have both photographs return them to the NPC to finish the quest.
