This quest can be started by talking to the NPC in the east side camp in Desert Near Alubarna.
First, go to the west side camp and talk to the 3 NPCs. First the one to the right as you enter. The 2nd can be found by climbing the ladder and the 3 is to the left of the entrance.
Next, you will have to go to the undreground area and talk to the NPC that is close to the entrance in the east camp. Finally, talk to the first NPC to finish the quest.
