Upgrade Cube Fragments can be found all around the world of One Piece Odyssey. You can use these cubes to upgrade and level up certain skills for each character. Each character will have there own cubes. Below you can find the location of these cubes.

Lake Shore Cave
Luffy’s Cube Fragment x3. Found behind the breakable wall just after the cutscene where you get you powers back and learn about cube fragments.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. After the previous fragment, grapple across to the platform with the lone enemy on it. Then turn around and grapple to the highest platform to find the cube fragment.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. On the platform that you climb up on to after the next cutscene with the chest.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Found on the other side of the breakable wall after cuting through a gate as Zoro (story related). Just use Luffy to get it from a distance.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. In plain sight on a platform as you get back to the entrance of the cave.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. Stand on the platform where the previous cube was. Then look up to your left to find the cube (use luffy to get it from a distance).
Robin’s Cube Fragment. From the start of the cave, go back up the first jump where you get the first accessory from the chest. Then jump up the next platform and turn around to use the grappling point above you. Follow the path around to find the cube on your right.
Warford South
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. After coming back out of the cave, use the grappling points to get to the small island to the east of the main path. You will find the cube fragment next to the pillar that you grappled to on the other side.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. Found next to the tree on the same island as the previous cube fragment.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. On a rock to your left just before the save point that takes you to the beach where the game started.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. On the beach where you first start the game (only after finishing Lake Shore Cave).
Nami’s Cube Fragment. Use Chopper to go through the hole and get the cube fragment.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Found in the area below the waterfalls to the west.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Just before you start going up the hill to the Thunderhead Ruins.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. On your way up the hill to Thunderhead Ruins.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. Below you on your left as you come out of the cave.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. From the previous cube, turn around and continue on the only possible path. You will soon see the cube fragment next to the massive tree on your left.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. On your right just before you swing across the next gap on the main path.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. From the previous cube fragment, continue on the main path until you jump up a ruined ledge. After this you will grapple across another gap. As soon as you land, turn around to find the fragment.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Once you get to a fork in the road, take the right path through the cave. The fragment can be found next to the ship on the beach.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Return to the fork in the road and take the other path. You will soon climb some vines with a tree on the left. The fragment is behind this tree.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Soon after the previous fragment you will grapple across a gap. After that, you will see an opening to your right. The fragment is in the opening.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Behind the save point.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Behind the tree where the fast travel point is.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Return to where you fought the gorila boss in the prologue.
Thunderhead Ruins
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Straight in front of you as you enter the dungeon.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. One you get to the room with the first lightning switch, go through the door to the north to find the cube in the next room.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. From the previous cube fragment, go through the hole as Chopper. The fragment will be in the next room.
Luffy’s & Robin’s Cube Fragments. High up on the wall in the first room once you get to the bottom floor.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Go through the door to the left of the boss. Then climb a ladder to find it in plain sight.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Go through the hole to the right of the boss. You will then find the fragment behind some ruble at the bottom of the vines.
Chopper’s & Usopp’s Cube Fragments. At the top of the same vines mentioned in the previous fragment.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Through the door to the right of the previous fragments.
Nanohana
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Above the tavern entrance.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. In the back of a carriage.
Desert Near Nanohana
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Found on the other side of the hole that you can go through as Chopper.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. On one of the stone pillars in the area with the save point.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Behind the statue in the middle of the first area with the mist tunnels.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. Continue through the mist tunnels from the previous collectible (go right, then left) until you get to an area with a statue on it’s side. Here you will find the fragment above you.
Great Sandy Desert
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Found in donut canyon to the south east of the desert.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Off the north side of the bottom most desert.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Found on top of one of the stone pillars in the west side of the bottom desert. You will have to grapple up from the bottom.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Climb down the vines in the location shown below.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Off the side of the cliff to your right just before entering the cave.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Just before you get to the camp, break the wall on your right. Then climb down and follow the path until you are on a tower. The fragment can be found in a cactus below you.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. In the structure in the middle of the top desert.
Desert Cave
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Found on the circular path on the upper level.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Look for a gap in the wall on your left just before you get to the save point of the lower level. Here grapple across, then go left and go though the hole as Chopper. The cube can be found above you at the end.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. On the bones next to the save point on the lower level.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. In the big open area after the save point on the lower level, grapple up to the upper floor by using the vines. Here you will find the fragment behind the chests.
Rain Dinner’s Casino
Usopp’s Cube Fragament. Next to the west side bar.
Desert Near Alubarna
Chopper Cube Fragment. On the other side of the hole that you can go through as Chopper.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. On top of the watchtower in the east camp.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. On the west side of the centre bridge.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. On some bones in the underground section of the area (look for the yellow arrow on the map to get to this area).
Alubarna
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. In the alley to the left close to the entrance.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Near the wooden balcony in the south west corner of the city.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Behind the carriage to the north of the main gate.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. At the end of the small alley to the left of the save point outside the main palace.
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Behind the small stairs to the left of the plaza outside the mausoleum.
Alubarna Royal Mausoleum
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. From the start, make your way down on the main path until you get to 3BF. Here stick to the left and grapple across. Then use Chopper to go through the gap to your left to get to the room where you will find the fragment.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Continue through the dungeon from the previous fragment until you get to the main area with the switches. Here go right and use the grappling point. From here you will be able to get the fragment.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. From the previous fragment, turn around and go across the main bridge that goes across the middle of the big area (if it’s your first time here, you will have to press the switches around the area first). Once you get to the other side of the room, go down the stairs to your right. At the bottom, go left and grapple across to find the fragment.
Dust Ruins
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. To your left as soon as you enter.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. After crossing the sand with the grab, grapple up to your left to find the cube.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Go down the path after the fast travel point to find the cube behind a column.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. From the room with the mechanism to flip the dungeon, go up the stairs to the left (NOT FLIPPED). Here you will find the cube in plain sight on the only possible path.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. Continue past the previous cube. You will find this one behind the enemy at the end.
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Return to the room with the mechanism. This time go dow the stairs to the right (NOT FLIPPED). In the big room with sand, stick to the right side wall until you see a hole that you can go through as Chopper. The cube is on the other side.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Return to the flipping mechanism and activate it. Now go up the stairs to the left (FLIPPED). In this room continue on the only possible path until you go down some steps just after a chest. As soon as you get to the bottom of the stairs, turn right to find the cube.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Cross the sand to the other end of the room. Here you will find the cube on one of the paths in the north - west side of the room.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. Return to the flipping mechanims. This time go down the stairs to the right (FLIPPED). In the next room, follow the spiral path in the middle. Then stick to the left to find the cube on a path with a dead end (check the mini map on the screenshot below).
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Continue to the middle of the spiral. Then look up to your left and grapple to the highest platform. You will find the cube here.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. To your right in the room that you get to after a massive long hall.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. In the same room in plain sight.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. In the same area, look for a hole that you can fo through with Chopper next to the elevator that takes you back to the start of the dungeon. The cube is on the other side.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Under the column you have to cross in the boss room.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. On the north side of the boss room.
Water Seven Lower Coast
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. On a rock in the sea close to the pier where you first arrive in Water Seven.
Water Seven City Area
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. In the storage area in the street to the west.
Usopp's Cube Fragment. Behind the streetlight behind the money exchange.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Under the stairs on your left once you cross the small bridge to the north of the tavern.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. North west of the fast travel point in the same area as the previous cube.
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Just outside the store where the chairs and tables are.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. Just above the previous cube.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Inside the weapon store.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Near the tables and chairs outside the weapon store.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. To the left of the stairs to the north of the weapon store.
Robin’s Cube Fragment. Under the stairs to your left as you cross the bridge to get to the east most area of the city.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. Near the water at the end of the east area.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Near the water just south of the entrance to Dock One.
Dock One
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Behind the carriage just north of the entrance.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. behind the logs to the east of the entrance.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Go up the ramp to the north of the logs. Then press the switches to activate the cranes. Grapple up to the one on the left to find the cube.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. Go to the upper most level of the platform to the south of the logs to find the cube.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. Behind the boxes to the left of a carriage and 2 NPCs in the depot area.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. In the north west corner of the depot area.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Activate the crane near the previous cube and grapple up to the platform above. Then go down the stairs to the bottom floor where you will find the cube under the bottom stairs.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Continue on the bottom floor. You will soon have to use Chopper to go through a hole where a locked chest is found. After the chest, exit through the hole on the other side. Then go right to find the cube behind the building.
Sewer
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. From the fast travel point in the sewers, take the right path. Then grapple across to the other end of the area to find the cube in the small square room to the south.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. From the fast travel point, take the left path. As soon as you get to the bottom of the stairs, enter the room on your right. Here grapple to your left until you see the cube in plain sight on your right.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. The fastest way to get this cube is by going up to the Water Seven City Area and talking to the Franky in the east most area. Once inside the sewers, take the lift down to the second floor. Here enter the door in the room where the save point is to find the cube on your left.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Return to the area where the lift is (stay on this floor). Then take the west path. At the end look to your left and grapple over the wall to find the cube.
Tower Of Law
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Under the train that you used to get here (same room as the fast travel point).
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Behind a column near the east side flamthrower that was blocking your path.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment. Behind some boxes in the hall outside the kitchen.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment. In the kitchen, behind the open door.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment. In the cell straight in front of you when you first enter the underground prison area.
Robin’s Cube Fragment. In the top most cell in the east corridor of the Underground Prison.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. In the first cell on the left in the west corridor of the Underground Prison.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. Behind some debris in the north-west corner of the Underground Prison.
Nami’s Cube Fragment. As soon as you get to the Underground Storeroom, break the boxes your right. The cube will be on the other side.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment. On a shelf in the same room as the previous cube.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. Leave the room where the previous cubes where through the vent. The Cube will be on top of a container. Jump on the boxes to reach it.
Robin’s Cube Fragment. In the room where you have to use the 3 keys during the story.
Ice Block Ruins
Nami’s Cube Fragment x2. In plain sight straight in front of you in the first room.
Robin’s Cube Fragment x3. Look to your left from the previous cube to find this one in plain sight.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment x3. Jump up to the platforms above the previous cube. Then, go to the end to find a chest. At the chest turn around to your left to find the cube on the wall.
Nami’s Cube Fragment x2. Go through the blue door to the north of the first area. The cube is behind the mechanism that you use to change the state of the water.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment x3. From the door at the top of the first area (the big blue door that takes you to the next area), go left and jump down a few platforms to find a massive “vase” type statue. Then cube is behind it.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment x3. To the right of the big blue door in the middle of the ice that takes you to the next area.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment x3. In the room in the middle with the freezing machanism.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment x2. In the small room to the north with the freezing mechanism in the middle.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment x2. Once you get to the room on the right (check map below), you will get to a chest in the middle of the room. From the chest, grapple up to the platform behind it. Then look over the other side to find the cube.
Nami’s Cube Fragment x2. In the next room you can find the cube to the left of the freezing mechanism.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment x2. Go through the door to the east in the same room as the previous cube (look for a small yellow arrow on the map). The cube will be to your left as soon as you enter the next room.
Usopp’s Cube Fragment. In the south-east elevator room. Look to your left as soon as you enter.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment x3. Continue through the level until you get to a room with a massive stone tablet. The fragment will be in this room.
Luffy’s Cube Fragment x3. Cut down the metal door on your left as soon as you enter the boss room. The cube will be in the next room.
Sanji’s Cube Fragment x3 & Luffy’s Cube Fragment. Continue past another metal door. The cube will be on your right soon after.
Chopper’s Cube Fragment x3. To the left of the previous cubes.
Zoro’s Cube Fragment x3. From the save point in the boss room, go west and enter the “tunnels” with Chopper. Then just stick to the left at all time to find the cube fragment.
Marineford City Area
Usopp's Cube Fragment x3 & Chopper's Cube Fragment x3. After building and crossing the first bridge. The collectible will be behind the tree on your right.
Sanji's Cube Fragment x3 & Luffy's Cube Fragment x3. Behind some barrels to your right after going down the first set of stairs in the middle of the town.
Sanji's Cube Fragment x3 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x3. Next to the fountain.
Robin's Cube Fragment x3 & Franky's Cube Fragment x3. Go through the hole as Chopper to the right of the broken cannon at the end of the western street.
Usopp's Cube Fragment x3 & Franky's Cube Fragment x3. Take the path on the right just before the stairs that take you down to the plaza. The cube fragment will be at the end behind a chest.
Dressrosa City Area
Luffy's Cube Fragment x2. Off to the side on the left in “City East”.
Zoro's Cube Fragment x3 & Franky's Cube Fragment x2. On top of the big pink building in the middle of the east plaza.
Sanji's Cube Fragment x3 & Luffy's Cube Fragment x2. Go to the west end of “Foot Of New Royal Plateau” to find the cube on the other side of the stairs next to the old woman that has a side quest for you.
Franky's Cube Fragment x2. At the east end of the northern street.
Chopper's Cube Fragment x3 & Nami's Cube Fragment x2. Above the arch that can be found about halfway down the northern street.
Robin's Cube Fragment x3. In the small arch to the right under the bridge on Blacksmith Road.
Nami's Cube Fragment x3 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. Next to the door of the pink building with brown bricks.
Franky's Cube Fragment x2 & Usopp's Cube Fragment x2. At the top of the hill near the broken building to the south-west of the coliseum path.
Nami's Cube Fragment x2 Sanji's Cube Fragment x3. In a destroyed building to the south-west of the coliseum path.
Chopper's Cube Fragment x2 & Sanji's Cube Fragment x2. In the destroyed building near the fountain.
Zoro's Cube Fragment x3 & Franky's Cube Fragment x2. To the south of the fountain.
New Royal Plateau: Bottom
Franky's Cube Fragment x3. To the left of the door as soon as you enter the area.
Robin's Cube Fragment x2 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. Near a pink building in the central area.
Luffy's Cube Fragment x2 & Chopper Cube Fragment x2. From the previous cube, take the path to the west. You will find the cube just before the hole that you can go through as Chopper.
Luffy's Cube Fragment x3 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x3. Go through the hole next to the previous cube as Chopper. Then build the bridge to get to the other side. Finally, drop down in to the red building below to find the cube.
Nami's Cube Fragment x3 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. One you get to the north end of the bridge in the middle of the area. Grapple across to the platform in front of you. Then turn around and grab the cube from the ledge.
Nami's Cube Fragment x2 & Franky's Cube Fragment x2. From the previous cube, go west. You will then see the cube to your left. You can grab it from the top of the small hill.
Usopp's Cube Fragment x3 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x3. On the main path you will get to a small hill with a tree. From this hill, you will find the cube on the side of the cliff to the east.
Usopp's Cube Fragment x3 & Chopper's Cube Fragment x2. From the hill with the tree, continue up to the broken bridge. The cube is on the bridge.
Copper's Cube Fragment x2 & Robin's Cube Fragment x2. Continue along the main path until you get to a broken bridge in the north-west of the area with vines on it. Jump down and go to the end of the path on the left to find the cube.
Nami's Cube Fragment x2 & Chopper's Cube Fragment x2. As soon as you get to the 2nd level of the Royal Plateau, go through the hole next to the entrance as Chopper. Once inside go to the east side (check screenshot below) and break the gate with Zoro to get the cube fragment.
Sanji's Cube Fragment x2 & Luffy's Cube Fragment x2. Near some ruins in the north-east of the 2nd level.
Luffy's Cube Fragment x2 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. Near some ruins in the middle of the 2nd level area.
Chopper's Cube Fragment x3 & Franky's Cube Fragment x2. On the yellow building after the save point.
Sanji's Cube Fragment x2 & Luffy's Cube Fragment x2. In plain sight as you drop down some small steps just before the next save point.
New Royal Plateau: Top
Robin's Cube Fragment x3 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. From the start, take the path on the right and go to the area at the end. Then climb on to the rocks, use the grappling point and jump across to the blue building to find the cube.
Nami's Cube Fragment x2 & Usopp's Cube Fragment x2. Go back to the start and take the other path (main path). Soon you will find a hole that only Chopper can go through on your left. Go through it to find the cube at the end of the path.
Sanji's Cube Fragment x3 & Robin's Cube Fragment x2. In plain sight on the main path soon after the previous cube.
Chopper's Cube Fragment x2 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. Just after the north-west save point you will walk across a massibe spike made out of rocks. Once you are on top of it, look down to your right to find the cube in a destroyed building.
Usopp's Cube Fragment x2 & Nami's Cube Fragment x2. Soon after the previous cube you will have to climb a mountain by grappling on some spikes. Once you get to the second spike, turn around and grab the cube from the pole.
Waford Central
Robin's Cube Fragment x2 & Chopper's Cube Fragment x2. In the corner to the left of the entrance to the Sky Tower.
Brook's Cube Fragment x2 & Robin's Cube Fragment x2. Go through the hole next to the camp with Chopper. The cube will be in a bush behind the tree before the second hole.
Sky Tower
Sanji's Cube Fragment x3. After using the first grapple in the first room, turn around to find the cube near a floating block on your right.
Robin's Cubes Fragment x2. In plain sight once you get to the north most platform on floor level 2.
Usopp Cube Fragment x3 & Brook Cube Fragment x2. Once you get to the outside area, grapple up to the vines at the top of the cliff in front of you. Then look right and drop down to the platform below. The cube will be in some grass.
Zoro's Cube Fragment x3 & Brook's Cube Fragment x2. Jump back up to the top of the cliff. Then look left and use the grapple point to get up to the platform. Turn around 180º and grapple across to the other platform to find the cube in some grass.
Franky's Cube Fragment x3 & Chopper's Cube Fragment x2. Grapple back to the previous platform. Then look over the other side to find the cube in a bird’s nest.
Brook's Cube Fragment x3 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. From the previous cube, look left and use the vines to get to the platform on the right. The cube will be in plain sight.
Luffy's Cube Fragment x2 & Zoro's Cube Fragment x3. From the previous cube, jump all the way down below you. Then head all the way to the east side and climb up the vines at the end. Once at the top, turn around to find the cube.
Zoro's Cube Fragment x3 & Franky's Cube Fragment x3. From the previous cube, jump to the platform that goes around the mountain to the north. Follow it all the way until you get to a dead end with some rocks blocking the path. Break them to find the cube.
Nami's Cube Fragment x3. Continue to the north. This cube will be in plain sight once you get to a small platform.
Sanji's Cube Fragment x3 & Chopper's Cube Fragment x3. From where you picked up the previous cube, climb down the vines. You will then see the cube on the cliff in front of you.
Franky's Cube Fragment x3. As you get to the end of the area you will have to climb a cliff. The cube will be on the first platform to the left.
Robin's Cube Fragment x2 & Chopper's Cube Fragment x3. From the previous cube, turn around and grapple across to the platform to the east. The cube will be at the end of this platform.
Zoro's Cube Fragment x2. Climb back over to the platform where you got the other cube. Then climb over the rocks to the west to find the cube straight in front of you.
The remaining Cube Fragments are obtained by doing the side quests available in the game!
