Finding Juniper for Paco in Episode 1 (chapter 3) is part of the story and is required to advance.
Here is how to find Juniper. 🎯
First go to the cracked wall that can be found next to Radon and examine it to discover that Juniper is inside.
Then call (talk to) Radon, asking him to explode the wall to same Juniper. Once you hace saved Juniper talk to Paco to advance the story.
