Follow these steps to get and solve the Mechanical Cyptic Vessel.
You can find the vessel by going to the Chapter 11 > Arche Abbey Broken Rift Stargazer. From here, continue through the dungeons until you find a ladder that you can use to get to the upper floor. Here don’t go left, instead go straight to the wall in front of you and then go left to find the chest with the vessel inside.
Next, return to the hotel and give the vessel to Venigni to decipher it.
Now, get the Frozen Feast special weapon. To do this you will have to give Hugo the Reborn Champion’s Ergo (obtained from the chapter 7 boss).
Finally, go to the Chapter 9 > Abandoned Apartment Stargazer and follow the main path until you cross the fissure in the ground using a blue rock as a bridge (don’t use the shortcut). As soon as you cross over, go right and look for an arch on your left. Go through and up the stairs to find a merchant. Equipt the Frozen Feast and show it to the merchant to finish the Vessel.
