There is only 1 Luglux found on Gatlus.

Luglox #1. Go outside and go around to the right of the house. Here you will see a statue of a horse in the distance. The Luglox is right next to it. To get it you will need at least 3 or 4 HP upgrades to survive the damage from the atmosphere. You can buy 3 from the pawn shop in Blim City and another from one of the two shops in Deep Jungle.
