You can start this quest by talking to Jeht in Tanit Camps after finishing the Dirge Of Bilqis questline.
For the first part of the quest, just follow the quest marker until you find a note with a map on it in a tent. Then, go to the location shown in the screenshot below and defeat the enemies.
After that, follow the quest marker to the cave and pick up the 3 energy capacitors. Finally, take them back to Jeht to finish the quest.
