The Raimei Angel fish is the rarest fish in the game since it will only spawn in one specific fishing spot, you can find it at the shipwreck in the location below.
When you get to this location there will be a lot of enemies that you will have to eliminate before being able to fish, you will also have to wait until it is night time for the Raimei Angelfish to spawn, once you see the fish in the fishing spot, use the false worm bait to catch them, remember that these fish will take 3 IRL days to respawn.
