You can start the “Monumental Study” world quest talk to Sosi that can be found to the southeast of Tunigi Hollow after obtaining Sorush from the first part of the “Khvarena Of Good And Evil” quest.

This world quest consists of 2 parts. For the first part (Monumental Study) you will have to find 4 fragments. These fragments can only be seen and collected when controlling Sorush. Here are the locations.

Fragment #1. Found under the sakura tree in Hills Of Barsom.

Fragment #2. Found to the south of the waypoint in Vourukasha Oasis.

Fragment #3. Above the cave to the west of Asipattravana Swamp.

Fragment #4. On top of the west piece of the Hollow.

To finish the 2nd part of the quest (Investigate The Fatui Camps Marked By Sosi) you will just have to follow the quest marker to the camps, defeat the enemies and investigate the tents. Then, follow the footsteps, defeat the enemies and make your way back to to Sosi. Once you finish both parts of the quest you will finish it and get the “The Mystery Is Solved” achievement.
