There are a total of 8 Primal Obelisks in The Desert Of Hadramaveth region. Activating these obelisks will reveal the location of the tablets around the area.
Primal Obelisk #1. Outside the south ruin in Safhe Shatranj.
Primal Obelisk #2. Up the hill on the side of the river ta the bottom of the fissure.

Primal Obelisk #4. Go to the underground waypoint (unlocked during the Dirge Of Bilqis questline) and continue south to find the obelisk in the next room.
