Getting the Great Turtle Shell Shield is very simple, first you will have to go to the Weeping Peninsula (sout part of Limgrave) and go to the Castle Morne Rampart site of grace.
Now look for a closeby air stream, use it to get to the top of the tower where you will find the Great Turtle Shell Shield.
