You can get the “Godlike” trophy during chapter 4. During your “date” with Aerith you will get your wallet stolen. Once you get it back you can walk around the market area with her. Now talk to the shopkeeper that allows you to play the materia mini-game. To get the “Godlike” trophy you will have to pick up all 20 materia in 14 seconds.
