You can get the Snow Angel trophy/achievement during the Frozen Tundra mission.
Once you save Shepherd you will start walking through a forest. You will soon encounter your first sniper enemy that does not appear with the thermal scope. To get the trophy all you have to do is sneak up behind him and perform a takedown. If you mess up, you can just restart at the previous checkpoint.
