To get the "A Crappy Way To Die" 🏆 trophy / achievement you will have to kill the guard inside the porta-potty close to the start of the "Dark Water" mission. After you go up the first set of stairs after shooting the first 2 enemies in the little building to your right you will go past 2 porta-potties. Shoot the one on the left to get the trophy / achievement.
