To upgrade your HP and Flasks in Blasphemous 2 you will first have to find Ornate Chalices (Upgrades Max HP), Crystal Shards (Gives flasks more potency) & Empty Receptacles (Gives flasks more uses). Once you have found some of these items, you will have to take them to the NPC in the lower area to the right of the city (red drop on the map). It’s also worth noting that if you make a sacrifice to the chalice near the NPC and has blood in it everytime you give an item to the NPC, once you give the NPC every single Ornate Chalice, Crystal Shard & Empty Receptacle, you will get an extra Max HP upgrade!
