To get the “The Mentor” trophy / achievement you will have to talk to the Priest in prison. To do this, go to the prison in the northeast part of the Wildlands region. Talk to the guard at the entrance and pay the tributes to get in (or just wear the Preacher’s Guard armor to get in for free). Once inside, talk to the Deviant Priest in the cell on the right to get the trophy.
