Eyeball #1: Found behind Tokiko when she is sat at her desk at the start before examining the 2 books.
Eyeball #2: Found in the same place as the first eye after swimming down to the second room.
Eyeball #3: Found in the same place the first 2 eyes after swimming down to the third room (room where you are still swimming about).
Eyeball #4: Found in the same place as the previous collectibles after swimming vertically down in to the forth room (the one with the laser eyes & books).
Eyeball #5: In the final area where you are floating in mid air with the massive symbol in front of you. Turn around to find the eyeball.
