Below you can find the location of every collectible in Chapter 16 of A Plague Tale: Requiem.
Tool #1. Very close to the start of the chapter you will go past a house on your right with a workbench inside. The tool is in this building.
Flower #1: Carnation. Soon after the previous collectible Lucas will examine a flower. Interact with it to get the final flower.
